Bone soup/broth

This is a recipe that is incredibly healthy and delicious!!

Take a bird carcass (a couple of chickens or a turkey,) and put in a pot. Add water or broth and as many veggies as you can muster. Add about a tbsp of apple cider vinegar (this helps break down the bones and release the minerals into the soup.) Cook for 24-48 hours.

You can just take out the bones (probably healthier that way,) but it’s easier to just take out all the solids and keep the broth.

I like to put some in an ice cube tray, freeze, then transfer to a ziplock bag so I can add flavor (and nutrition) to other dishes (instead of bouillon cubes.)

This is the ideal way to get your trace minerals!!
