When I realized that I was falling into the “counting calories” trap and I should eat breakfast, this is what I started eating.
The basic starts with almond milk or grass-fed cow’s milk, then I add whey protein, fiber, raw egg (farm fresh,) chia seeds, Vitamin C, a greens powder supp that has probiotics, and olive oil.
There are some things that make it in if I find them on sale…bee pollen, chlorophyll, wheatgrass, etc. anything that will add more nutritional bang for my buck!!
Even though I’m not always hungry, I think I snack a lot less at work if I eat anyway!
